We ship securely through Canada Post and provide shipping notifications and all applicable tracking information by email. All orders are shipped within 2 business days after receiving payment in full. Track your package on www.canadapost.ca.
• Letter mail (orders under 28g only): 3-7 business days
• Expedited parcel: 2-7 business days with tracking number
• Xpresspost: 2-3 business days with tracking number
• Priority courier: 1-2 business day with tracking number
If you have a concern or are unsatisfied with a product or your order in general please email us within 36 hours of your package's delivery date. Although we can not accept opened packages as a return due to sanitary reasons, we stand behind the quality of our products and are happy to resolve any quality control issues. We will refund any missing item or ship the missing item/s with no additional cost at the same shipping speed as opted for in your original order. Packages lost in transit will be refunded or re-shipped at no additional cost after verifying the package's status with Canada Post. Although we always do our best to resolve any issues, refunds or re-shipping in a timely manner, please allow for a slight delay in turn around time to properly assess your claim.
